Using Kleidly
Kleidly is an independent app provided by John Okoroafor, an individual developer — not a registered company; contact details are in our legal notice. It catalogues the clothes you own and suggests outfits from them. By using the app you accept these terms. You can use it without an account — your wardrobe is then stored under a guest profile, as described in our privacy policy — or create an account, in which case keep your login to yourself, since anything done through it counts as done by you. You must be at least 16. A guest wardrobe carries over if you sign up later.
Your photos stay yours
You keep every right you already have in what you add — we take no ownership of it. To run the app you grant us a limited, royalty-free licence to receive, store, process, technically transform and display that content back to you — labelling a garment, generating a studio image of it, building an outfit, reading the mood of an inspiration image, syncing between your devices. It ends when you delete the content, and it gives us no right to publish or sell it.
Only add photos you're allowed to use, including images you save for inspiration, and don't upload images of other people without their say-so. If you believe content in Kleidly infringes your rights, write to legal@trykleidly.com.
Fair use
Please don't break the law, upload anything abusive or explicit, reverse-engineer or scrape the service, use it to build a competing product, or share one account across many people. To keep costs fair we cap how many studio images can be generated per day. We may suspend an account causing serious or repeated harm.
About the AI
Garment labels, studio images, your style summary, and outfit suggestions — including the “Stylist” replies when you describe your day — are produced automatically by an AI service and won't always be right. A studio image is an AI-drawn approximation of your garment, not a photo of it; your original is always kept. Treat all of it as a helpful opinion, not expert advice. Weather suggestions rely on third-party forecasts, so check the sky too. What you wear is always your call.
Changes & ending things
Features may be added, changed or retired; if we retire something you rely on, we'll give notice and a way to get your data out. Any paid features would be clearly priced before you're asked to pay. You can leave and delete everything at any time. We may end this agreement if you materially break these terms or if we discontinue the service. Deletion is permanent.
Liability
Kleidly is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made on a suggestion. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, and consumer rights are unaffected. These terms are governed by German law, without displacing any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live; if a clause is unenforceable, the rest stands.
