Delete your Kleidly account

In the app

Open Kleidly and go to the You tab.
With an account, tap your name at the top to open Account. Without one, skip this step.
Tap Delete my data, type the confirmation word and, with an account, your password. If you sign in with Apple or Google, confirm with that instead.

Your account or guest wardrobe is deleted straight away. Deleting the app alone doesn't delete anything from our servers.

Without the app

Email privacy@trykleidly.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm by email once it's done, within 30 days at most. A guest wardrobe isn't tied to an email address, so it's quickest to delete it in the app.

What is deleted

Everything tied to your account or guest profile, permanently and at once: your wardrobe and its photos, studio images, outfits and wear history, style profile, inspiration board, fit previews, settings, push tokens, your name, email and password, and any Apple or Google sign-in link. With Sign in with Apple, we also tell Apple to end Kleidly's access to your Apple ID.

What is kept

Feedback you sent from the app is kept as product feedback, with your account and reply address removed.
Support messages stay in our support inbox; ask and we'll delete them too.
Usage data and crash reports, which aren't linked to your account, expire at Google Firebase after 2 months and about 90 days.
Technical logs are kept for a short period for security and debugging.

Kleidly Plus

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Kleidly Plus subscription: the App Store or Google Play keeps billing until you cancel it there, in your store's subscription settings.
