Using Kleidly

Kleidly catalogues the clothes you own and suggests outfits from them. Using the app means you accept these terms. You can stay a guest, with your closet on your device, or create an account — in which case keep your login to yourself, since anything done through it counts as done by you. You must be at least 13 (16 where local law requires). A guest closet carries over if you sign up later.

Your photos stay yours

You keep every right you already have in what you add. To run the app you grant us a limited, royalty-free licence to store, process and show that content back to you — labelling a garment, generating a clean image of it, building an outfit, syncing between your devices. It ends when you delete the content, and gives us no right to publish or sell it.

Only add photos you're allowed to use, and don't upload images of other people without their say-so.

Fair use

Please don't break the law, upload anything abusive or explicit, reverse-engineer or scrape the service, use it to build a competing product, or share one account across many people. We may suspend an account causing serious or repeated harm.

About the suggestions

Labels and outfit picks are produced automatically and won't always be right — treat them as a helpful opinion, not expert advice. Weather suggestions rely on third-party forecasts, so check the sky too. What you wear is always your call.

Changes & ending things

Features may be added, changed or retired; if we retire something you rely on, we'll give notice and a way to export what matters. Any paid features would be clearly priced before you're asked to pay. You can leave and delete everything at any time. We may end this agreement if you materially break these terms or if we discontinue the service. Deletion is permanent.

Liability

Kleidly is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, lost data where you kept no copies, or decisions made on a suggestion. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, and consumer rights are unaffected. These terms follow the law of the country where Kleidly is established, without displacing your local consumer protections; if a clause is unenforceable, the rest stands.
